I believe in creating a lasting impact for my clients and to do that I strive to bring the best into my work every day.
I am functional, I take a holistic (whole life) perspective of my clients, I am root-cause oriented to support the cause rather than the symptoms and I support the body’s natural functions so your body can perform optimally all on its own.
I know my clients are the experts of their own life and body, this knowledge is crucial in getting to the root of your concerns and creating lasting change.
I believe in creating sustainable changes and, to do this, I say no to deprivation, no to restrictive dieting, and no to doing a complete overhaul of your life and routine. Motivation will wax and wane, our lives are busy and full of to-do lists. I will create a plan that fits into your life and anchors to existing routines.
I know every person is different so I create plans that are bio-individual. Every person has unique needs and challenges, a one-size-fits-all program can only get you so far before you need a unique approach designed just for you.
A world where women of all ages know how to nourish their bodies to optimize health, hormones, and happiness, where all of them have access to the functional testing and nutrient-dense food they need to achieve this.
Empower women to take their health, hormones, and happiness into their own hands, to help them create success in all areas of their life while also developing a body healthy enough to create life when the time is right by optimizing their body’s natural processes through nutritional therapy.

I’m Kayla and I am so GLAD you are here.
When I first dove into the world of Nutrition, I was starting a journey to find ways to help myself and the friends and family around me that I loved so dearly. It hurt to see so many of them struggle with their health. I knew from my own self study that nutrition plays an incredible role in how we feel but so many of us are lacking the tools to sift through all the information out there to find a sustainable way of life that energizes us and optimizes our health. Thus, it became my mission and my passion to listen to their struggles, to learn as much as I could, and to find holistic ways to support them.
Today, I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), certified Restorative Wellness Practitioner Level 2, & Fitness Coach. I am a continuous learner of all things nutrition, wellness, movement, hormones, alternative medicines and so much more.
